At Frankly we’ve always liked to think we work responsibly (we’ve eliminated soda cans from our CPH office, we’re inclusive, we often wfh, we actively promote career development, we offer generous maternity and paternity leave... Basically, we reckon it’s nice to be nice.
And now... it’s official!
EcoVadis – the world’s largest business sustainability ratings and ESG compliance provider – have placed us in the top 35% of companies* for sustainability when it comes to environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Thrillingly, this comes with a bronze medal. OK it’s a virtual one, but still. A MEDAL!
Seriously, this is a really important achievement for us. It's critical for our license to operate, for a start, and it’s good to know we’re on the right path. We’ve taken note of what we can do to improve and we’re already working towards silver and ultimately, we hope, the big gold 🏅 (And not just for the medal, honest.)
